Sew Sweet Return Policy:
Due to the personalization of the blankets, our return policy is limited. If there is a defect in the blanket itself or a mistake in the embroidering on our part (i.e. we misspell something from a correct order form), the blanket may be replaced. However, if an error is made in the process of ordering by the customer (i.e. misspelled or omitted items), we regret that a refund will not be made. If at all possible, we can try to correct the embroidering, for a fee. The fee charged will be according to the size of the error and additional mailing costs. Therefore, please carefully double-check the information you submit on the order form.
